Poor management at Tacoma location

Rated 1.0 out of 5
June 23, 2025

Upon arrival into the facility, there was one of the clinic who I believe was a clinic director. She was very nice and showed me around. However, another clinic director arrived to do my interview that appeared to be stressed an anxious. I immediately did not have a good vibe about the place. She asked me very strange questions that I have never been asked in an interview. She did let me know that there is a large turnover and they are trying to keep people. She did explain to me that the last person that worked for my position there quit on the spot for management reasons.

After the interview she walked me out of the building, said to me “I like your shirt” and walked off without saying a word, leaving me in the dust. A week had passed and I hadn’t heard anything, not an email or a phone call. I sent an email to the clinic director that interviewed me, asking if there had been any progress with the hiring process. No response. If you are not interested, it is professional to at least respond and let me know you have moved forward with somebody else.

All this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am VERY glad that I am not working there. Red flags right off the bat. Do yourself a favor and do not work here.
