Westchester Psychological Services was founded by Stephanie O'Leary, Psy.D. The mission of WPS is to offer evidence-based neuropsychological assessment and therapy services for children, teens, parents, families, and adults that truly create positive changes. We believe that our role is to provide tools and coping skills that improve each client's overall quality of life. Our approach is normalizing. We say all the time that our job is to help clients get more of what they want in life and less of what they don't want. We are not "fixers"—because you are not broken. We are guides or coaches who help clients reach their goals through practical strategies that can be used down the road even after assessments are complete and sessions are no longer needed.
