THE CENTER FOR COGNITION, EMOTION & BEHAVIOR was founded by Dr. Vyas and focuses on providing high quality and individualized neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The purpose of such evaluations is to assess the full range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning of individuals. OUR OBJECTIVE is to analyze an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, while understanding specific goals or needs, in order to formulate and deliver the best possible care. Results of the neuropsychological evaluation are used to identify empirically validated and research-based treatment modalities customized to the specific goals or needs of individuals and aimed at enhancing their functioning in a variety of environments (e.g. school, workplace, home, professional or social situations).
